We'll see. The signals on this are definitely mixed. On the one hand, there is the developing triangle formation in the chart, a bullish sign, and the 50-day moving average has leveled out and is tending upward ever so slightly. There was a big earnings surprise in February, another hopeful sign. On the other hand, volume is steadily decreasing.
- Percentage price oscillator (PPO) — gently edged above the signal line
- Volume — decreasing steadily
Based on technical analysis, MarketEdge calls BCRX a "buy" in a "weak upward trend."

My stop-loss order was triggered in this morning's sour market, closing this position with just enough gain to cover trading costs. I had been a bit dubious about BCRX due to the declining volumes, and, at least for now, that scepticism was well-founded.
