4-Nov-08. The market is rejoicing this morning, presumably over the prospect of a sane and sensible President Obama. I am dipping my toe back into the market by purchasing Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). ETW tracks the index of the Wilshire 5000 total market.

  • Percentage price oscillator (PPO) — accelerating sharply
  • Volume — higher recently, although quite modest in general

Based on technical analysis, MarketEdge calls TMW an "avoid" in a "weak downward trend."
