4-Nov-08. The market is rejoicing this morning, presumably over the prospect of a sane and sensible President Obama. I am dipping my toe back into the market by purchasing Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). QQQQ tracks the index of the top 100 Nasdaq stocks.
