5-Jul-06. Emisphere peaked in June, then pulled back sharply (see sidebar). I think I see signs that the correction is finished. I hope I see signs that the correction is finished.

• Price momentum (PPO) — declined sharply, but picking up again
• Trend (ADX) — lost strength down to just above threshhold (20)
• Money flow (CMF) — flowing out of the stock but flow may have just reversed direction
• Relative strength (RSI) — strengthening again after a long decline
• Volume — very heavy volume on "deliberation day" last week, often a sign of a shake-out.
