9-Feb-05. CKN broke out dramatically in December then pulled back. Today it bounced off the 50-day moving average with heavy volume. Price momentum (PPO), buying pressure (+DI), and relative strength (RSI) are all improving. The cloud in the silver lining consists of rather strong negative cash flow (CMF).

14-Feb-05. After making the nice jump that prompted me to buy it, CKN fell for two consecutive days. When it continued to fall the third day, I decided to cut my losses. The promising signs I had used to justify my purchase had turned less promising, and I've seen this happen way too many times in my portfolio.
Could it be that I'm getting smarter? Nah, just more cautious.
