Buy. This is the second time I've taken a ride on the ROXI. In early October, I sold an earlier lot of ROXI for a tidy profit. At the time I speculated that there was still money to be made in ROXI but took profits in anticipation of a pull-back. Score one for me! For once I sold at exactly the peak.

I put in a buy order for ROXI again when the price jumped on big volume last week. The pull-back had held at $5, a critical resistance line for most of the last year (see sidebar). That resistance has now become support (green line) — at least that's how it's supposed to work!

I settled on $5.75 as the offfer price, being just above mid-range for the big jump last week. The order executed this morning in the opening moments of the session; Roxio is now (1 hour into the session) trading above $5.90. So far, so good.

Sell. ROXI has risen very nicely since I bought it, and the chart still looks quite strong. However, I decided to sell simply to lock in some profits.
