13-Dec-04. I just sold a lot of IFSIA last week when it sputtered after failing to break through the $10 level. I decided to try again when I saw that IFSIA opened much lower last Friday but then powered upward for the rest of the session with respectable volume. The stochastic RSI (StochRSI) also indicates that IFSIA is no longer so severely oversold. I put in an order to buy at market today if IFSIA traded above Friday's close. It did.
Since IFSIA made another nice gain today, I think I may have timed this better. Now I have to worry about whether it will break through the $10 ceiling this time.

24-Feb-05. IFSIA announced earnings yesterday after the bell, and I, for one, found them confusing. Fearful that the stock might take a dive this morning when it opened, I put in a stop-loss order to sell if IFSIA traded as low as $10.11. It did, and so my shares sold.
Although I hung on to IFSIA when it dove as low as $8, I had decided that the chart did not look promising enough to stick with it. As it happened, the marketed reacted negatively to the earnings announcements and it did not budge the following day.
