Company. "American Tower is the leading independent owner, operator and developer of broadcast and wireless communications sites in North America." (company website)

Buy. American Tower made its second run at the $14 level in the past three months, and I bought when it looked like the $14 level would hold.

Sell. AMT made another new high yesterday, but it closed way down about where it had opened. Accordingly I was watching carefully to see what would happen this morning, and when the price began to fall, I put in an order to sell at $15.40. But by the time I had finished typing the numbers, I was out of range of the offers in the queue. I quickly decided to just take what I could get and not count on the price recovering.

I think that was the right decision. Today's trading wiped out two days of gains, and it drove the buying pressure (green +DI line) down sharply. Looking at the robust money flow (CMF), this could just be a temporary breather. But considering my bottom line for the year, I'd rather not take the chance.
