Buy. In August, NTOP made a nice move from $5 to an intraday high of $6 and then pulled back. I bought just after the ADX line crossed the threshhold (20).
Unfortunately, NTOP got caught in the end-of-September downdraft, although it did not close below $6.
Sell. When NTOP got to the $7 level, it seemed to lose steam. Although the ADX line remained stable and the Chaikin oscillator is still pointing up, I decided to sell.
I will not be surprised if NTOP makes further gains next week. This is a case of "bird in the hand" thinking and an attempt to turn over the portfolio as soon as stocks recover from their September swoon.
