Balsamic vinaigrette II

Creamy and with lots of herbs. Works well with a pasta salad.

  • 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 c chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 3/4 c olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake to combine thoroughly.
