Black olive dip
Similar to tapenade, but minus the anchovies.
- 1 can (10 oz) pitted black olives, drained
- 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Put everything in a food processor and process until smooth.
Serve with crostini, crackers, or Melba toast.
