Over the years I have collected piles of recipes, mostly clipped from newspapers and magazines. At first I organized them neatly, then I started to stuff them into envelopes and folders. Now the folders are in piles, and it's almost impossible to find any given recipe I think I've saved somewhere.
It's time to sort through the mess, throw out all but the best, and try to adapt them for a healthier diet. I'm going to post the survivors here on my website. It will help motivate me, and I know people are always looking for recipes.
