A white Christmas even at the lower elevations

Snow-capped Mt San Gorgonio
Mother Nature got into the Christmas spirit by covering Mt San Gorgonio with a fresh blanket of snow down as far as 3000 feet.

| The usual suspects, minus one, observed Christmas with the usual round of revelry and feasting. The "minus one" is Bob, who is spending Christmas in France with his nephews.

Our Christmas dinner, itself, was quite simple this year:

And beverages, of course: champagne before, red wine with dinner, coffee after. Actually, Kenny served up the cheesecake before the coffee was finished, but never mind, that was just a good excuse to have a second piece of cheesecake when the coffee was ready!

Naturally, we discussed all the important issues of the day, and once again Ken proclaimed, "We should have our own reality show, I tell you!" To be sure, the conversation often takes some bizarre and shocking turns.
